Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and offer expert recommendations on food and beverage selections. Serve beverages, including cocktails, wines, and premium spirits, with precision and attention to presentation. Anticipate guest needs and preferences to provide a seamless and memorable experience. Process orders efficiently using the POS systems and ensure accurate billing and payment handling. Uphold cleanliness and organisation of bar areas, glassware, and service stations to the highest hygiene standards. Follow and implement all departmental procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists. Demonstrate the “Passion for Excellence” through serving our guests with flair and professionalism, ensuring that their requests are quickly and efficiently achieved. Ensure all guests are provided with personalised service and that the “Essence of Pleasure” is achieved. Embody the art of French hospitality through a “can do” attitude. Assist in stock management, including inventory checks, restocking, and rotation of supplies. Collaborate closely with Ambassadors and Supervisors to ensure smooth service and uphold team standards.
